Solo Expert Tracker is operated by Solo Tracker (UEN 53532252J), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore.

The short version

Agreement to these terms

These terms are between you and Solo Tracker, a Singapore sole proprietorship (“we”, “us”), and apply to the app at soloexperttracker.app and soloexperttracker.com, and to the same app installed on your phone. By signing in with Google, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

What the app is

Solo Expert Tracker helps independent business operators and solopreneurs keep track of their own clients, appointments, revenue, expenses, invoices, quotations, prepaid packages, and related documents.

What the app is not

The app is a business tracker, not a legal repository or contract creator — it does not create contracts. A drawn signature on a declaration or receipt is a record-keeping aid for you, and the app makes no claim that it is a legally binding e-signature. It is not an accounting engine: it records what you tell it was spent or earned, and its totals are figures for your own reference, never tax or accounting figures. Nothing in the app is legal, tax, or financial advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional — the app is the filing cabinet, not the accountant.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account. There is no separate username or password to manage — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what this requests and why. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure: use a screen lock on your device and turn on two-step verification.

Your responsibility for what you enter

You decide what goes into the app, and you are responsible for it. If your client records hold other people’s names, contact details, or identity numbers, you are responsible for handling that information under whatever privacy and data-protection rules apply to your profession and the country you operate in. The app gives you a place to keep records; it does not check whether you are allowed to hold them, or advise you on that question.

You agree not to use the app for anything unlawful, or to store information you are not entitled to hold.

Fees and purchases

Some features may be offered free and others at a price. Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay.

Who you buy from. Purchases made on our website are sold by Solo Tracker and paid by card through Stripe, which handles the card payment. Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google under Google Play’s terms.

Free trial and renewal. On our website, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that you begin with a payment card. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not choose another plan, the trial converts to the 1-Year plan and your card is charged on day 15. The 1-Year and 2-Year plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The 2-Year plan is billed once for two years (SGD 200) and renews for another two years unless you cancel. We email you before a plan renews, and you can cancel any time from Settings in the app.

Cancelling. Cancel before a trial ends and nothing is charged. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Questions go to support@soloexperttracker.com.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy. An administration fee of SGD 10 is levied on all refunds, except where the app has a major technical fault we cannot fix.

Mobile Outright. This plan is a one-time payment for continued use of the app, with no recurring charge. You can choose Mobile Outright (SGD 240, one payment) at any time, including during your trial; your trial then ends and nothing else is charged. It is not a promise that hosting, updates, or store availability continue indefinitely. The Refund Policy explains this in full.

Using the app does not commit you to any future charge without a separate, clear agreement to pay at the time.

Your data, and what happens if you stop

Because the app stores your records in your own Google Drive and on your own device rather than on a server we run, stopping use of the app does not delete anything automatically. Your records stay exactly where they are — in your Drive, on your device — until you remove them yourself. The Privacy Policy explains how to erase each copy.

Intellectual property

The app’s code, design, and the Solo Expert Tracker name and logo belong to us. Your records belong to you. Using the app does not give you any ownership in the app itself, and nothing here gives us any ownership in your records.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is described on this page. You use it at your own judgement, particularly for anything that affects your business, tax, or legal position.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost business, lost profit, or lost data that was never backed up to your own Google Drive or device. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time, and may revoke its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the app, including attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves. Material changes will be flagged in the app rather than left here to be discovered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
